The implementation of the quality system from May 2001 is certified by Aenor and updated to the new ISO 9001:2008 standard. All departments are involved in maintaining it. For this reason, in the annual audits carried out, collaboration from all departments enables the best result to be obtained, with the aim of guaranteeing the quality of all of the company's products and the satisfaction of its customers. It is therefore a continuous improvement process that is constantly evolving.
VENDIN complies with legal and health requirements for manufacturing its products and has the corresponding records for the activities it carries out. All the company's products are manufactured rigorously following its HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system to obtain a safe product for the consumer. There are numerous controls for guaranteeing food safety that are implemented from purchasing and receiving the raw materials through to delivering the end product to customers.
All this work is documented and supported by the various internal, organoleptic and physical/chemical analyses, as well as the external analyses carried out by accredited laboratories. These processes enable food quality and safety to be guaranteed and also verify the process. VENDIN’s working system also guarantees perfect control of product traceability; in other words, it is in line with the saying “from the farm to the table”, with quick and easy access to information about any point in the production chain.
Developing products specially designed for the vending sector has always been a priority for the company. This aspect enables VENDIN to offer customers a specific and personalised service thus achieving differentiation in the market with innovative and quality products. To achieve this, the company has a specialised team and fosters continuous training and participation in various technological centres and universities, which enables the company to undertake specific studies in order to continue growth and development.
VENDIN’s commitment to operators is also based on the study of new techniques and processes that enables the company to obtain highly stable products in adverse conditions that reduce possible technical problems in the machine as much as possible.
All this is backed by technical innovation and the application of avant-garde systems and methods.
